Responsibilities
- Investigate complex escalated customer issues and identify root causes across the application stack.
- Drive issues through analysis, fix development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop enhancements and product improvements addressing customer-reported problems.
- Support customer upgrades and adapt existing functionality to newer product versions.
- Use troubleshooting, diagnostic, and profiling tools to address performance and stability issues.
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, security, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Evaluate technical approaches, collaborate with product teams, and communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Share knowledge and improve support and engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial software development experience with .NET in production.
- Strong C#/.NET knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and strong T-SQL skills.
- Experience using troubleshooting, diagnostic, and profiling tools.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and HTTP-based standards such as OData.
- Proficiency with Git or another distributed version control system.
- Experience working in Agile or Kanban development environments.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency in spoken and written communication.
- Preferred: effective use of AI tools for development, debugging, troubleshooting, and productivity.
- Preferred: experience with large enterprise systems, legacy environments, and client-side development.
- Preferred: direct experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS or Azure Container Apps, and Helm.
