Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and project KPIs.
- Implement and manage development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
- Plan team structures and activities and participate in project management.
- Manage stakeholders, external interfaces, customers, and internal coordination.
- Set up infrastructure and define development, testing, release, update, and support processes.
- Review, verify, and validate software code and troubleshoot and fix bugs.
- Build automated processes and continuous integration, development, and deployment pipelines.
- Select and deploy CI/CD tools and manage GitOps-based delivery processes.
- Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures through vulnerability assessment and risk management.
- Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and monitor processes throughout their lifecycle.
- Monitor customer experience and KPIs and report progress to management and customers.
- Mentor and guide team members and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience working with production systems and managing infrastructure at large scale.
- Strong experience managing public cloud infrastructure with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- At least 2 years of Linux system administration experience.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and experience setting up organizational IAM policies.
- Strong DNS knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab and Kubernetes, including Docker and Kubernetes setup, configuration, and architecture.
- Experience configuring end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins through GitOps principles.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
- High proficiency in Linux administration, security, and shell scripting, including Bash and Awk.
- Experience troubleshooting Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Datadog, Grafana, or Zabbix.
- Experience with server logging and log collection tools such as Fluentd, Logstash, or Kibana.
- Blockchain interest and experience setting up full nodes for blockchains such as ETH or BTC are advantageous.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Aurora is advantageous.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, collaborate effectively, and apply strong business analysis skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and a strong perspective on the digital asset market.
