Responsibilities
- Establish and grow client Power Platform capabilities for automation and AI adoption.
- Design and implement end-to-end Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions.
- Develop multi-agent solutions, copilots, Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Dataverse artifacts, AI Builder solutions, Business Process Flows, and Power Pages.
- Capture, analyze, and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve client processes.
- Support adoption, knowledge sharing, training, and capability building.
- Contribute to solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, consultants, and clients in agile delivery environments.
- Stay current with Microsoft AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and wider Microsoft stack capabilities.
Requirements
- Relevant degree, qualification, or equivalent practical experience in software engineering, computer science, information systems, business applications, AI, automation, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
- Expertise in Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and computer-use automation scenarios.
- Expertise developing Canvas apps and Model-driven apps.
- Experience with Dataverse tables and XML and JSON data formats.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint-related infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and the Microsoft 365 SDK.
- Software development experience with one or more of Python, JavaScript, JSON, React, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, or PowerShell.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work directly with clients to understand requirements, shape solutions, and support adoption.
- Preferred experience with Power Pages, multi-agent or agentic AI solutions, AI orchestration, grounding, prompt design, enterprise knowledge integration, Azure cloud services, application lifecycle management, governance, security, data management, Responsible AI, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, or Microsoft 365 certifications are beneficial.
