Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact alongside the Territory Account Executive in customer engagements.
- Coach and enable partner Systems Engineers to sell, compete, and grow their Pure Storage business.
- Review and validate solution sizing, quotes, and technical architectures.
- Drive adoption of Pure’s technical and sales tools across the partner ecosystem.
- Coordinate technical specialists, training teams, bootcamps, events, and workshops.
- Advise partners on technical questions and escalate complex issues to Systems Engineers, the help desk, or Product Technical Marketing.
- Build productive relationships with the Territory Account Executive and channel partners to support closed deals.
Requirements
- Professional B2B experience in a technical support, customer-facing, or pre-sales role.
- Familiarity with enterprise storage, data management, and current or emerging IT infrastructure architectures is strongly preferred.
- Experience collaborating with a sales counterpart and channel partners on shared business and technical objectives.
- Strong self-motivation, initiative, and ability to learn and apply complex technical concepts quickly.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and coaching skills for technical and business audiences.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple partner engagements, validations, and training activities.
