Responsibilities
- Advise customers and internal stakeholders on using technology to solve business problems.
- Develop, configure, test, and maintain CRM applications and complex application code.
- Create technical specifications and collaborate with functional consultants to implement requirements accurately.
- Prototype, configure, and test business processes.
- Contribute to conceptual architecture and technical solution design.
- Use KPIs to measure and quality-assure deliveries.
- Identify improvement opportunities in customer CRM solutions and support continuous development.
- Ensure development follows Avanade quality and performance guidelines.
- Use established frameworks and components to improve development efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven automation opportunities and implement Copilot Studio functionality for improved customer engagement.
- Work closely with customers and global teams on implementation and maintenance of CE solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one complete implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
- Experience analyzing, designing, developing, customizing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining application code in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform, especially Sales and Customer Service.
- Experience working in SaaS environments and with Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .NET, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience integrating and customizing workflows with Copilot Studio for conversational AI solutions and business-process automation.
- Ability to work closely with customers to develop and follow an action plan.
- Experience collaborating with global teams on CE solution implementation and maintenance.
- Customer-facing consulting experience gained at an implementation partner or end-user organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Analytical, curious, adaptable, collaborative, communicative, solution-oriented, patient, quality-conscious, self-directed, proactive, and innovative.
