Responsibilities
- Design and set up production and non-production cloud environments tailored to projects and products.
- Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation and configuration.
- Serve as a ServiceNow subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Optimize environment deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, integrations, and Service Portal.
- Experience designing and managing cloud environments with automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of environment configuration and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation frameworks for environment provisioning.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex platform-related issues and collaborate with diverse technical teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
