Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and IT products such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
- Build reusable applications and UI components using the ServiceNow platform and ServicePortal.
- Work with JavaScript and web technologies, including AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, and REST.
- Learn new technologies quickly and collaborate effectively with customer-focused, culturally diverse teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of strong software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow applications.
- Strong expertise and a proven track record building applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ServicePortal and building UI components.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, and REST.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work with cultural diversity.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
