Responsibilities
- Design and ship features enforcing enterprise security policies around MCP usage and access.
- Improve and fine-tune the risk policy system using deterministic and prompt-based policies with LLM-as-a-judge techniques.
- Deepen integrations with identity providers and track developments in agent identity.
- Collaborate on hardening Speakeasy’s security posture.
- Own product work from inception through customer success, including building, shipping, operating, supporting, and measuring impact.
Requirements
- Experience shipping features on products used by security teams.
- Ability to work across the stack from backend to frontend and learn new frameworks quickly.
- Interest in owning the full development lifecycle, including shipping, support, infrastructure maintenance, and impact measurement.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
- Ability to work in person in the San Francisco office.
