Base Salary
$190k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain secure development, test, and production environments with separation of duties and streamlined promotion procedures.
- Implement and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous build and test, security scanning, code quality analysis, and automated deployments.
- Support cloud infrastructure and container orchestration using technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitLab, and Jenkins.
- Implement and test backup, disaster recovery, and recovery procedures meeting an RTO of less than four hours and an RPO of less than one hour.
- Establish automated alerting and monitoring for outages, performance degradation, and processing failures to maintain high availability.
Requirements
- Active, current Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
- 16+ years of systems administration or cloud engineering experience in secure DoD or Intelligence Community environments; a BS degree may substitute for four years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience managing Linux-based cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitLab, and Jenkins.
- Maintenance of DoD 8570 compliance, such as Security+ CE.
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent Azure certification is highly desired.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Apache NiFi data flows.
- Strong Python and Bash scripting abilities.
