Responsibilities
- Serve as a designated technical expert for delivery of Wiz’s services portfolio.
- Advise customers on cloud security best practices and secure cloud deployments as a trusted advisor.
- Explain how Wiz integrates across customer security architectures.
- Deliver projects as a subject matter expert in at least two advanced services categories, including migrations and integration, advanced deployments, CSP, SCD, CDR, and Data & AI.
- Implement Wiz to help customers achieve security objectives and maximize return on investment through project-based services.
- Identify project risks and coordinate with project management and stakeholders.
- Partner with account teams to understand customer business and technical requirements.
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Wiz services and products.
- Provide product team feedback on feature requests and bugs identified during project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of customer-facing experience and at least 3 years in cloud or security architecture or engineering, post-sales implementation, professional services, or service delivery.
- Hands-on experience building, securing, or administering applications or solutions on GCP, Azure, and/or AWS.
- Scripting or coding experience with Python, Bash, Go, Rego, or PowerShell.
- Experience writing or using Helm Charts, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, or Terraform.
- Experience administering or architecting cloud containers and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud security areas including CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CNAPP, and/or vulnerability management.
- Experience managing customer expectations, balancing design and business requirements, delivering technical outcomes, and leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
- Fluent Japanese and English-speaking ability are required.
- Cloud provider associate or expert-level certifications, Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKS, or CKAD, software services delivery experience, and services portfolio development expertise are preferred.
