Responsibilities
- Own the software and infrastructure stack across frontend development, backend development, and cloud deployment.
- Translate roadmap priorities into shipped features that deliver value to users.
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and inform product decisions.
- Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product grows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience and a track record of shipping products to real users.
- Strong product judgment, a user-focused approach, and the ability to develop solutions addressing needs across customers.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience in early-stage startups and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- A daily AI-assisted development workflow using AI agents and tools.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML is a plus.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of €80,000 to €90,000.
- Hybrid role in Munich, Germany, with four days per week on-site.
