Responsibilities
- Design and operate reliability frameworks for Mistral-hosted and customer-hosted Applied AI platforms and applications.
- Build proactive reliability tooling, runbooks, SLO templates, and observability systems for fleet operations.
- Operate Tier-1 customer environments, ensure SLO compliance, own on-call and incident response, manage drift, and support L3 escalations.
- Productize provisioning, deployment, security, and scaling processes across Applied AI solutions.
- Own security operations for customer deployments, including CVE response, supply-chain integrity controls, secure configuration baselines, and coordination on security incidents.
- Write runbooks, post-mortems, and customer-facing incident communications.
Requirements
- Fluent English and 5+ years of experience in SRE, Production Engineering, or DevOps with a record of shipping tooling.
- Strong multi-tenant Kubernetes experience, including namespace segmentation, network policy, RBAC, admission control, and operations at scale.
- Experience with on-call operations, incident response, blameless post-mortems, and runbook-driven practices.
- Production experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Tempo, or Signoz.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or close equivalents.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Golang for tooling and automation.
- Strong security mindset covering secure SDLC, CVE response, and software supply-chain integrity.
- Solid Linux internals, networking debugging, and distributed-systems fundamentals.
- Strong written communication and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in cloud or application security, Kubernetes security, supply-chain security, SBOM, cosign, or SLSA.
- Preferred experience operating LLM or model-serving stacks in production and working across AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid on-premises environments.
- Open-source contributions in SRE, observability, or security tooling are a plus.
