Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the product.
- Build interfaces connecting users with AI agents and their data sources.
- Create workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs, including exception handling.
- Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to refine product features.
Requirements
- One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- Experience building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval steps.
- Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM product features and the ability to design clear, trustworthy user experiences.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Private-markets or financial-operations experience is helpful.
- Comfort working closely with a small team and iterating quickly.
