Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EDI, API, and MFT integrations based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop custom connectors and middleware to connect disparate systems.
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions, including endpoints, data formats, authentication, and error handling.
- Evaluate, enhance, and optimize existing integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, stakeholders, external partners, and third-party vendors.
- Implement monitoring and logging to track integration usage, identify issues, and support uptime and reliability.
- Address security vulnerabilities and compliance requirements related to integrations.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- At least five years of development experience with relevant technologies such as C#, Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with integration frameworks and tools such as AIS, Mulesoft, Sterling B2B, REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and Postman.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, cloud computing platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, troubleshooting, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, propose effective solutions, prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and create clarity in ambiguous situations.
