Responsibilities

Develop and implement EDI, API, and MFT integrations based on business requirements and technical specifications.
Develop custom connectors and middleware to connect disparate systems.
Design scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions, including endpoints, data formats, authentication, and error handling.
Evaluate, enhance, and optimize existing integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, stakeholders, external partners, and third-party vendors.
Implement monitoring and logging to track integration usage, identify issues, and support uptime and reliability.
Address security vulnerabilities and compliance requirements related to integrations.
Communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
At least five years of development experience with relevant technologies such as C#, Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with integration frameworks and tools such as AIS, Mulesoft, Sterling B2B, REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and Postman.
Understanding of microservices architecture, cloud computing platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, troubleshooting, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues, propose effective solutions, prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and create clarity in ambiguous situations.

Hybrid work model emphasizing in-person teamwork and collaboration.
North American office-based associates are expected to work in the office on Wednesdays, with occasional additional in-office days for meetings and events.
Fully open offices with amenities available across North American office locations.
