Base Salary

$98k - $158k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and infrastructure for extracting, transforming, loading, and processing data.
  • Design databases, cloud solutions, data integration and transformation solutions, and scalable data products.
  • Automate manual processes, code testing, pipelines, and critical operational workflows.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, modify, test, and operationalize integration solutions, jobs, processes, and models.
  • Create monitoring, data-quality, validation, and observability solutions for reliable data assets.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, business stakeholders, and business partners to support pricing decisions, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled outcomes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience designing and developing software applications in Python.
  • Experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, storage, processing technologies, and resilient data solutions.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, transformation, integration, and data-quality practices.
  • Experience with AI-assisted software-development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codex.
  • Extensive experience with Git version control.
  • Extensive experience deploying software with tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, Fargate, S3, SageMaker, IAM, and RDS.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or Oracle.
  • Strong learning ability and a proactive approach to current technologies and industry trends.
