Responsibilities
- Support presales activities with analytics and integration strategies.
- Define integration strategies according to contract requirements.
- Articulate project scope, estimate costs and timelines, and plan integration activities.
- Prepare, collect, and validate scripts before execution.
- Define and execute test cases, diagnose issues, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure operating systems, hardware, software, licenses, and configuration data are available in the correct format and version.
- Drive process and method changes to improve integration efficiency and delivery quality.
- Maintain and implement E+OHS, data security, and privacy processes and tools.
Requirements
- Consultative, troubleshooting, automation, process management, and service improvement skills.
- Understanding of service delivery, presales, customer insights, data analytics, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and the Ericsson portfolio.
- Ability to manage changes and improvements in integration processes.
