Responsibilities
- Collect customer and partner requirements and provide guidance and best practices for advertising products and technologies.
- Scope, design, and build globally reusable advertising solutions and best practices for customers, sellers, and partners.
- Adapt bespoke advertising solutions from regional teams into globally scaled solutions supporting thousands of customers.
- Own solution lifecycles from discovery and launch through maintenance, bug handling, feature requests, and deprecation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for internal and external partners or customers and collaborate with sales, product, engineering, regional, and enablement teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- At least 3 years of experience coding in one or more programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Fluent Japanese and English communication skills to support client relationship management in the region.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, 4 years of client-side web technology experience, project management skills, independence, problem-solving ability, and a focus on data and user experience.
