Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day customer care and administration for Appier products.
- Respond to escalated global technical questions through written communication channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in close collaboration with developers.
- Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and visualize or analyze data.
- Provide technical product advice and solutions to customers and colleagues, including AI-powered solutions with support from the data science team.
- Contribute to new feature enhancements.
- Optionally analyze data, provide insights, understand customer requirements, and translate business requirements into product features.
Requirements
- Relevant BSc degree and 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
- Good understanding of programming concepts such as Python or JavaScript for troubleshooting and automation.
- Familiarity with data engineering workflows, including ETL processes and data storage solutions.
- Experience navigating and troubleshooting cloud environments.
- Professional-level oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to use AI tools in daily work, prompt engineering, or troubleshooting.
- Ability to research, analyze, and communicate technical information clearly and logically.
- Preferred BS or MS in computer science, economics, or statistics.
- Preferred experience in digital marketing, data mining, BI dashboards, and using data to support business decisions.
- Experience with agent solution or framework development, such as Langfuse or other LLM frameworks, is a plus.
- Experience with iOS and Android application development is a plus.
