
Specialist Solution Engineer

Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer business goals and challenges throughout sales cycles.
- Deliver executive-level product demonstrations and technical discovery sessions for customer stakeholders.
- Establish technical credibility as an internal and external subject-matter expert for Sales Performance Management solutions.
- Develop creative solutions that support enterprise customer business initiatives.
- Conduct webinars, best-practice sessions, knowledge sharing, and enablement activities for customers and internal teams.
- Enable the broader Solution Engineering and cross-functional teams to position SPM within the Salesforce portfolio.
- Become an expert in SPM applications while maintaining high proficiency in the Salesforce platform.
- Provide product, client, sales-process, implementation-process, and customer-experience feedback to sales and product development teams.
- Partner with Account Executives and Salesforce resources to build SPM awareness, support sales cycles, and close enterprise deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related industry.
- Prior experience using Salesforce as a power user or administrator.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients in a pre-sales or Solution Engineering capacity.
- Excellent in-person and virtual speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong written communication skills for internal and external communications.
- Strong time management skills for managing multiple projects and sales cycles in parallel.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a desire to develop solutions for enterprise customers.
- Business acumen and experience transforming business processes to achieve customer business goals.
- Salesforce Administrator or Architect certifications are preferred.

- Base salary range of $113,330–$151,550 annually, with location-specific ranges in certain areas; incentive compensation, equity, and benefits may also apply.
