Base Salary
$65k - $84k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business needs into detailed software requirements.
- Perform system analysis on software programs and applications.
- Lead testing and troubleshooting of system features during implementation.
- Engage with technology and product experts to create solution options.
- Document process workflows and ensure system configurations meet requirements.
- Collaborate throughout the client lifecycle from RFP to optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of consulting experience on technical projects required.
- Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with sFTP and API integration projects.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming languages required.
- Hands-on implementation experience on a Cloud-based SAAS Platform.
