Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and delivery of custom applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for project stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contributing to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Coordinate application features with business objectives and cross-functional requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in designing and configuring scalable applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management in ServiceNow environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
