Responsibilities

  • Advise on, maintain, and optimize large-scale AI and compute infrastructure, including monitoring, logging, workload orchestration, and GPU-accelerated systems.
  • Support and validate InfiniBand and Ethernet interconnect fabrics through cabling verification, link-health checks, topology validation, and troubleshooting of transceiver faults and link flaps.
  • Act as technical lead for assigned customer accounts and provide strategic guidance on DevOps and platform architecture.
  • Lead customer engagements, architectural reviews, issue resolution, post-deployment reviews, and incident retrospectives.
  • Develop and present runbooks, onboarding materials, guides, and actionable infrastructure roadmap insights.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience managing scalable cloud environments and automation engineering.
  • Professional or native fluency in English.
  • Experience with networking, data center architectures, and hands-on management of HPC or AI clusters.
  • Deep knowledge of Linux, OS-level security, HPC or AI hardware, and supporting software stacks.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Python or Bash scripting, Ansible, Terraform, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.
  • Background in scalable solution design, consultative support, architectural reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Experience with CI/CD deployment automation, NVIDIA GPU and Network Operators, Base Command Manager, CUDA, and RDMA-based fabrics is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin or another Southeast Asian language is a plus.
