Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical solution design and drive implementation across the organization.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development, AI code review, AI-powered observability, and AI-driven operations automation.
- Resolve complex technical challenges across business lines through technical innovation.
- Design and optimize high-concurrency distributed system architectures.
- Explore AI applications for capacity planning, performance bottleneck analysis, and anomaly detection.
- Provide technical guidance and training to business teams and standardize AI and engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 3 years of relevant development experience.
- Proficiency in Go or Java concurrent programming and high-concurrency system design and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with distributed services, distributed storage, and microservice architecture.
- Knowledge of Linux OS and middleware such as etcd, Nacos, and Kafka.
- Expertise with gRPC, including development and performance tuning.
- Experience using profiling tools, Arthas, and Linux command-line utilities for system analysis and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals, capability boundaries, and practical engineering applications.
- Ability to assess AI impacts on system stability, security, cost, and compliance from an architectural perspective.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted development or code review with tools such as Copilot, Claude, or DeepSeek is preferred.
- Experience applying AI to log analysis, distributed tracing, performance profiling, or anomaly detection is preferred.
- Experience designing RAG or internal-data tooling systems is preferred.
- Open-source contributions, technical blogging, or knowledge-sharing experience is preferred.
- Experience with financial, trading, or high-reliability systems and AI-driven observability or stability engineering is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, technical advocacy, and cross-team alignment skills.
