Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET integration features including service connectors, data transformation pipelines, and vendor-facing APIs.
- Write clean, well-tested C# code and participate in peer code reviews.
- Build and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data models supporting vendor mappings and transformations.
- Implement and maintain third-party vendor integrations using vendor specifications and reliable bidirectional data exchange.
- Diagnose and resolve defects across multiple environments.
- Contribute to integration architecture, reliability, retry patterns, error handling, observability, documentation, automated testing, and engineering process improvements.
- Collaborate with product, QA, senior engineers, and a small Agile team to deliver dependable enterprise-scale software.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience on the Microsoft technology stack.
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework or .NET Core.
- Experience designing and consuming web APIs and implementing reliable data exchange from external vendor specifications.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, including performant queries and stored procedures.
- Ability to work independently, drive tasks to completion, and collaborate effectively.
- Experience working in Agile team structures.
- Preferred experience with distributed high-throughput systems, performance profiling and optimization, third-party vendor integrations, authentication schemes, field-level data mapping, Redis, Microsoft Azure, and large enterprise applications.
