Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow University solutions supporting AI-powered learning workflows, proactive engagement, and connected experiences.
- Define solution blueprints integrating data, workflows, AI/ML capabilities, and third-party systems.
- Design extensible APIs, integration frameworks, and workflow automation patterns.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and define architecture for AI-powered learning and simulation modes.
- Ensure platform-wide data consistency, security, compliance, scalability, and performance.
- Lead architectural design reviews, advise on technical trade-offs, and provide guidance to application and implementation teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, platform engineers, and architects to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards and reusable patterns.
- Influence product direction and roadmap decisions through user-centric architectural insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, platform engineering, or application design.
- Proven experience architecting customer experience solutions and workflow automation.
- Experience with integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with data platforms, reporting, and analytics in a customer success context.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with ServiceNow University or other ServiceNow products.
- Preferred: background in SaaS platforms, enterprise digital workflows, or customer service systems.
- Preferred: exposure to AI/ML-powered customer service use cases such as chatbots, recommendations, and intelligent routing.
- Preferred: knowledge of modular solution delivery and API-first design.
- Preferred: experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
