Base Salary

$175k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, build, and iterate on AI agents and automations that address business problems.
Evaluate and implement AI tooling across the company, including running pilots.
Build and maintain an internal library of prompts and reusable AI components.
Own the evolution of the AI Enablement program to enhance AI proficiency.
Embed with teams to identify efficiency improvements and facilitate solutions.
Collaborate with AI champions to sustain AI adoption.
Create and maintain enablement content for diverse audiences.
Partner with the Director of AI to develop a prioritized execution roadmap.
Track and report on adoption metrics and productivity gains.
Stay updated on AI tooling trends and provide recommendations.
Contribute to governance frameworks for responsible AI use.

4–8 years of experience in a technical or project management role, with 2 years focused on AI.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI workflows.
Strong technical fluency to build and debug workflows and evaluate APIs.
Proven ability to drive technology adoption with non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills for diverse interactions.
Self-directed and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
