Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-grade software across Linux, macOS, and Windows.
- Design systems integrating AI agents into human workflows and evaluate code for correctness, security, quality, and performance.
- Implement device trust and attestation using certificate-based and hardware-backed trust mechanisms.
- Develop identity and security platform components involving certificates, PKI, secure transport, and access enforcement.
- Deploy and maintain containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality and security checks.
- Triage vulnerability findings, validate fixes, and partner with teammates to close security gaps.
- Participate in incident response and operational investigations, including data collection, system analysis, and remediation.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to support platform reliability and trust.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building software with Golang, Python, Java, or a similar language.
- A demonstrated AI-first engineering approach using tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor.
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native services.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, Git, REST/JSON APIs, service integration, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux or system-level development.
- Interest in enterprise security, identity, authentication, and access management.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate and learn.
- A related technical degree is required.
- Preferred: Kubernetes and Terraform or CloudFormation deployment experience; observability experience; knowledge of TLS, OAuth, SAML, MFA, passkeys, certificates, Zero Trust, TPM/T2 attestation, OWASP Top 10, secrets management, security scanning, SQL or NoSQL databases, testing frameworks, and advanced prompt engineering.
- Relevant coursework, degree, or project experience in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or security automation is preferred.
