Base Salary
$140k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the success of strategic customer accounts by partnering directly with law firm leadership.
- Develop novel AI products and new customer workflows.
- Connect with and visit customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prototype and integrate AI pipelines, including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
- Mentor future hires, pair with teammates, conduct code reviews, and help shape engineering culture.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience at hyper-growth startups.
- A CS degree from a top university.
- Strong product sense.
- High ownership and the ability to operate autonomously.
- Willingness to work in person, collaborate directly with customers, and visit customer sites.
