Responsibilities

Design and build scalable, high-performance systems for trade and position lifecycle management.
Automate lifecycle events such as corporate actions, expiries, and cash flows across asset classes.
Build and maintain reference data platforms used by trading and research teams.
Deliver real-time and end-of-day reporting pipelines for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and workflows.
Contribute to system validation, controls, deployment pipelines, and operational robustness.
Collaborate with trading, research, risk, operations, brokers, and fund administrators to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Write well-tested, maintainable code and support production systems.
Improve system reliability, monitoring, and performance continuously.

5–10 years of software engineering experience, ideally in a high-performance or data-intensive environment.
Strong programming skills in Python; experience with C# is a plus.
Strong understanding of software design, architecture, and scalable systems.
Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD practices.
Exposure to trade and position lifecycle systems, equities, ETFs, futures, options, corporate actions, reference data, market structure, or exchange-specific behavior is valuable but not required.
Experience in quantitative trading or financial environments is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills focused on performance, scalability, and data quality.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
