Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize applied generative AI-driven features and services.
- Collaborate with UX engineers, product managers, engineers, and potentially data scientists to implement user-centered AI features.
- Build product features and services using full-stack development and analytical skills.
- Lead the deployment and integration of algorithms for high performance and usability in user interfaces.
- Mentor teammates and lead development best practices.
- Research AI and UX developments and contribute ideas to improve the platform.
- Lead code reviews and participate in meetings to improve development processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot microservices and code efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of software engineering and development experience.
- Proven experience with API development, database integration, and services for UX-driven platforms.
- Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript skills and experience designing services with Node.js and GraphQL.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, React, and Next.js.
- Experience with version control tools and workflows including Git, Git flow, and GitHub flow.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with UX, product, and engineering teams and translate technical concepts into user-centered applications.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Java/Kotlin, Python, or ML/Data Science experience is a bonus.
