Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Python to automate threat detection and remediation processes.
- Evaluate multi-agent, single-agent, and rule-based approaches based on threat complexity and regulatory requirements.
- Develop LLM and RAG systems, including output-quality benchmarking, model-performance monitoring, vector search, and context-engineering pipelines.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and context layers using Spark, Airflow, and SQL/NoSQL technologies.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and platforms using Docker and GitHub Actions, with production monitoring.
- Apply AI safety, privacy, regulatory compliance, model monitoring, fallback, and secure-deployment practices in regulated environments.
- Collaborate with Global Security, Data Science, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, share knowledge, and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience with Python and at least one of Java, TypeScript, or Go.
- At least two years of hands-on experience with machine learning, data science, or AI.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLMs, RAG systems, agent orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and context-engineering workflows.
- Proficiency with MLOps/DevOps, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, including Docker, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Experience with threat detection, security analytics, or threat monitoring systems is preferred.
- Strong foundations in probability, statistics, and optimization, plus familiarity with Ray, SageMaker, Kafka, and Kinesis is preferred.
- Awareness of NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOX, and related IT controls is preferred.
