Responsibilities
- Analyze client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Design, develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve system issues, improve performance, and address software defects.
- Support software installation, system modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, collect feedback, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely responses to customer requests and maintain professional communication and service quality.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming and software-development skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Appian.
- Ability to understand requirements, design software solutions, write code, test software, troubleshoot issues, and maintain applications.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
