Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build the AI Operations platform on AWS, managing hosting, deployment, and infra-as-code.
- Architect the Accountability Registry, Agent Registry, and Tool & App Catalog for governance.
- Design solutions for the identity-inheritance problem using Cognito and IAM.
- Enhance the developer experience with templates, SDK helpers, and observability tools.
- Collaborate on security tooling with Compliance & IT leads.
- Evangelize the platform through internal documentation and training sessions.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to optimize development processes.
Requirements
- Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies with responsible application.
- Deep expertise in AWS, including Bedrock, Cognito, IAM, and IaC tools like CDK or Terraform.
- Fluency in identity and authorization systems, including OAuth 2.1 and least-privilege design.
- Strong product instincts to enhance the developer experience of the platform.
- Experience shipping LLM-backed systems in production with a focus on observability.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol or similar agent-tool patterns.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to prioritize architectural integrity over trendy frameworks.
