Responsibilities
- Engineer stable, scalable, performant, accessible, testable, and secure software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code and participate in code reviews and team ceremonies.
- Lead technical development at the product, team, or domain level while owning delivery and application health.
- Own technical custodianship, governance activities, and incident root-cause analysis for technical assets.
- Identify opportunities for reuse and automation and reduce repetitive manual work.
- Apply testing, debugging, performance, regression-testing, quality-assurance, and DevOps approaches.
- Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge as a subject matter expert, and contribute to technical communities.
- Communicate with stakeholders, contribute to prioritization and continuous improvement, and provide hardware, software, and network support as needed.
- Apply established AI concepts, tools, and procedures to familiar scenarios.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of system design and subject-matter expertise in key technologies and domains.
- Ability to develop software independently and apply build, release, testing, debugging, quality-assurance, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to lead technical development and take responsibility for technical delivery, application ownership, governance, and application health.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to technical communities.
- Commitment to maintaining current technical and agile skills and identifying opportunities for innovation.
