Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain .NET web applications and APIs using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework.
- Translate requirements into robust solutions with functional designers, technical leads, and architects.
- Apply clean code, SOLID, TDD, and DDD engineering practices.
- Design, script, and optimize SQL Server databases.
- Integrate third-party and open-source components into .NET applications.
- Use CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools including GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile planning, estimation, ceremonies, and code reviews.
- Produce system-change documentation and support junior developers.
- Deliver quality code within tight timelines.
Requirements
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, LINQ, and Entity Framework; VB.NET is a plus.
- Experience building and configuring RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and CSS.
- Solid SQL Server experience covering design, scripting, and optimization.
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and package management.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as MSTest, NUnit, xUnit, and Moq.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, asynchronous programming, and multithreading.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile delivery; consulting experience is advantageous.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar tools is a bonus.
