Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI systems covering data pipelines, modeling, and inference.
- Prototype, deploy, and iterate computer vision, LLM, and multimodal AI systems using user feedback and production data.
- Launch production-grade AI solutions for heterogeneous construction documents and real-world noisy inputs.
- Collaborate with product and users to identify high-impact problems and deliver practical AI solutions.
- Perform hands-on engineering tasks including data labeling, ETL, and deployment.
- Communicate progress and technical tradeoffs clearly with the team.
Requirements
- Hands-on applied computer vision and machine learning experience, including model development and production deployment.
- Proven track record launching AI systems or core components of a new product from 0 to 1.
- Strong familiarity with computer vision, LLM, and multimodal approaches and tooling.
- Experience shipping initial AI prototypes and building end-to-end intelligence-layer systems in production.
- Ability to iterate quickly using user feedback and real data.
- Experience with multimodal data such as images, text, and documents is desirable.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and practical engineering skills.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area and have US work authorization.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 USD.
