Base Salary
$185k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support production software across frontend, backend, data, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead technical design and make architecture decisions balancing delivery speed, code quality, security, and scalability.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and operational readiness.
- Partner directly with customers to understand operational workflows, translate business needs into technical designs, and execute system migrations.
- Establish code standards, automated testing, observability, and production troubleshooting practices while providing hands-on technical leadership.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience designing, writing, and delivering complex production software.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical design, architecture, code reviews, automated testing, and production troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering quality and speed.
- Strong product judgment, systems thinking, customer discovery, adaptability, self-direction, and delivery experience in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred experience with full-stack development using Azure, C#, React, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and SQL Server.
- Preferred familiarity with AI-driven development tools such as Cursor.
- Domain knowledge in transportation operations, logistics, finance, or accounting is a bonus.
