Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-facing web experiences in collaboration with product designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Prototype and iterate polished, accessible solutions that support multiple devices and browsers.
- Contribute to test automation and the GitLab CI/CD pipeline to improve delivery reliability and safety.
- Mentor engineers, help manage technical debt, plan refactors, and improve engineering practices.
- Participate in retrospectives and support a culture of psychological safety, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experienced front-end software engineering background.
- Strong understanding of React and other architectural frameworks.
- Ability to build accessible, polished experiences across multiple devices and browsers.
- Ability to contribute to test automation, CI/CD practices, refactoring, and technical debt management.
- Ability to guide and mentor other engineers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
