Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver customer-facing experiences using React and architectural frameworks.
- Prototype and iterate on polished, accessible experiences that support multiple devices and browsers.
- Contribute to test automation and the GitLab CI/CD pipeline to improve continuous delivery reliability and safety.
- Mentor engineers, help manage technical debt, plan refactors, and improve engineering practices.
- Participate in retrospectives and contribute to a culture of psychological safety, inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience as a front-end engineer with a strong understanding of React and architectural frameworks.
- Ability to build quality, robust, accessible experiences across devices and browsers.
