Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery and solution architecture sessions to identify automation opportunities.
Design, build, and deploy low-code integrations using Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, HubSpot Workflows, Salesforce Flow, and API connectors.
Configure and optimize the AI Agent, including intents, prompts, actions, guardrails, and performance metrics.
Manage cross-functional deployments by setting timelines, aligning stakeholders, and delivering within scope.
Create reusable templates, playbooks, models, and reference architectures for future deployments.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to resolve blockers and improve adoption.
Train peers, run workshops, document best practices, and enable system integrators and channel partners.
Run targeted outbound campaigns, support pipeline generation, and own regional top-line targets for assigned products.
Act as an internal GTM product owner and help shape the AI Voice Agent roadmap using customer and integration insights.
Track customer, adoption, and revenue outcomes including containment, AHT, CSAT, ARR, and NRR.

0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
Client-facing experience is required.
Strong command of APIs, webhooks, JSON, REST, and GraphQL, with the ability to design and troubleshoot integrations.
Practical understanding of AI workflow configuration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring.
Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, HubSpot, or Salesforce automation tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with MCP Servers is a plus.
Experience with telephony, voice, or contact center systems such as SIP, WebRTC, call routing, containment, or AHT is a plus.
Familiarity with Looker, BigQuery, or Snowflake is a plus.
Exposure to JavaScript or Python for light customization and debugging is a plus.
