Base Salary
$111k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical solution architecture for enterprise restaurant implementations, including integrations, data migration, environments, hardware, and network assumptions.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during planning, pilot, and rollout phases and secure sign-off on architectural decisions.
- Validate integrations and solution correctness during pilots and monitor configuration consistency, integration health, and enterprise risk during rollout.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, technical onboarding consultants, product managers, delivery leads, and customer success teams.
- Create detailed handoff documentation covering configuration templates, integration specifications, constraints, and escalation paths.
- Identify, document, communicate, and coordinate resolution of architectural risks, workarounds, and technical debt.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation.
- Hands-on expertise designing, testing, and validating REST API and webhook integrations in sandbox and production environments.
- Deep knowledge of integration architecture, API frameworks, and data migration methodologies.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions in ambiguous enterprise environments and protect long-term architectural integrity.
- Strong project management, prioritization, communication, documentation, and cross-functional implementation skills.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing team leadership.
- Preferred experience with enterprise restaurant brands or hospitality technology, restaurant operations and POS ecosystems, network topology, hardware provisioning, and pre-sales/post-sales technical ownership.
- Familiarity with JIRA, monday.com, and cross-functional program management tools.
