Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical design for enterprise restaurant implementations.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers.
- Validate integrations end-to-end during the Pilot phase.
- Ensure configuration consistency and integration health during Rollout.
- Produce thorough handoff documentation at every stage of the customer journey.
- Proactively identify and communicate architectural risks throughout implementation.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
- Deep expertise in integration architecture and API frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Strong project management skills for managing multiple implementations.
- Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical complexity.
- Highly organized with a track record of producing handoff artifacts.
