- Design and build complex Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and process automation.
- Design scalable Salesforce data models and contribute to enterprise architecture decisions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Objects, file ingestion, and legacy adapters.
- Coordinate technical delivery across a globally distributed engineering team and communicate decisions, dependencies, and timelines.
- Write robust, well-tested code; participate in peer reviews; and optimize queries, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and governor-limit usage.
- Perform root-cause analysis and debug complex issues across Apex, LWC, and integration layers.
Requirements
- Experience working in a large, heavily customized Salesforce organization with configuration-driven UI frameworks, custom LWC component libraries, and metadata-driven layouts.
- Experience integrating third-party JavaScript libraries inside the LWC shadow DOM.
- Advanced Apex experience, including triggers, batch processing, Queueable chains, future methods, Platform Events, governor limits, and parallel callout orchestration with partial-failure handling.
- Advanced LWC experience with component composition, custom event architecture, imperative Apex, dynamic rendering, and cross-component state management.
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills, including the ability to accurately implement custom designs in Lightning.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, Named Credentials, file ingestion, legacy adapters, retry logic, and contract-first design.
- Experience modeling complex parent-child hierarchies, using Custom Metadata for configuration, serializing JSON, and optimizing SOQL for high-volume systems with regulatory data requirements.
- Understanding of Git workflows, IDE usage, Salesforce CLI, SOLID principles, and Agile work with distributed teams.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly across time zones.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript, test automation, AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and API Gateway, and financial services is preferred.
