Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance scalable software components and custom solutions.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices and contemporary development frameworks to deliver high-performing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in contact center environments.
- Integrate custom software solutions with existing enterprise systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and help manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center QM.
- Proficiency in Genesys Contact Center QM.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within contact center environments.
- Familiarity with integrating custom software solutions into enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
