Staff Frontend Engineer, Feature Management

Responsibilities
- Own the consistency and quality of the flag list, flag targeting, segments, and contexts across teams.
- Set direction for shared interactions, review implementations, and ensure the overall experience is coherent.
- Use customer, support, sales, and usage evidence to create and prioritize a convincing product plan.
- Own the LaunchPad design system, including components, tokens, patterns, adoption, call-site migration, lint enforcement, and measurable adoption.
- Track upstream library and platform capabilities and translate them into product improvements.
- Build and migrate shared interaction primitives for tables, filtering, sorting, comparison, and bulk change.
- Prototype and implement shared patterns for explaining, reviewing, and trusting changes made by agents.
- Provide frontend performance leadership for high-traffic surfaces serving large enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise and experience owning a surface or system across multiple teams.
- Strong TypeScript and React skills, with enough Go experience to work across the API boundary.
- Experience owning and driving adoption of a design system, including migration and enforcement.
- Strong product and UX judgment and the ability to trace workflows end to end with designers and product managers.
- A track record of cross-team influence without formal authority.
- Experience making high-leverage technical and product prioritization decisions.
- Experience with data-dense enterprise product UIs involving large collections, filtering, permissions, environments, bulk operations, and performance at customer scale.
- Production experience with LLM tool use, MCP, or agent frameworks, plus a point of view on how agent-driven workflows change product design.
- Excellent written communication through documents, prototypes, and code review.
