Base Salary
$180k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the front-end codebase and design system component library.
- Lead the development of new accessible components and document their usage.
- Collaborate with designers to implement the design system.
- Support other teams with guidance on componentization and front-end best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor team members.
- Contribute bug fixes submitted by the user community.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in building Angular web applications.
- Experience in creating reusable libraries with solid APIs from a unified design system perspective.
- Experience collaborating with designers and implementing design specs from Figma or similar tools.
- Knowledge of web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and implementing accessible experiences.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS for component styling.
- Experience writing developer-facing usage documentation.
- Familiarity with Storybook or another component modeling toolset.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
