Responsibilities
- Automate software development processes, infrastructure, runtime environments, and deployment workflows.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
- Implement Configuration as Code and GitOps practices.
- Operate and improve highly available, globally distributed payment gateway infrastructure.
- Deploy and operate ML services and workloads using cloud, container, and orchestration technologies.
- Implement monitoring, observability, reliability, security, and incident response strategies.
- Integrate AI models, automation pipelines, and intelligent assistants into products.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior DevOps engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate effectively across operations, security, development, and international cross-functional teams.
- Support responsible AI usage, data governance, secure model-output handling, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles, ideally supporting high-availability distributed systems.
- Extensive DevOps experience and advanced programming skills for automation.
- Deep AWS knowledge and hands-on Terraform infrastructure-as-code experience.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI or comparable tools.
- Strong Kubernetes and Helm skills.
- Experience with ML/AI or software engineering, including deep learning projects delivered to production.
- Strong Python skills and practical experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying ML workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with MLflow or comparable experiment-tracking and model-registry solutions.
- Experience deploying ML workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar CI/CD tooling.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, version control, modular design, and documentation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, independent-work, multitasking, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Preferred experience with agile development, PI Planning, distributed matrix organizations, payments or regulated fintech, AI APIs, data governance, security, and observability for AI workloads.
- Experience with Java, .NET, Python, React, or cloud application development is advantageous.
