Responsibilities
- Represent Flint in customer Slack channels and provide creative guidance.
- Leverage prompt engineering to craft production-ready pages.
- Assist with design system extraction from customer sites.
- Triage complex questions and feature requests to the engineering team.
- Drive customer lifecycle management using the post-sales CRM tool, Pylon.
- Review competitor websites and collaborate with customers on landing page layouts.
- Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance development.
Requirements
- Background in web development or customer-facing engineering role.
- Experience with React and Tailwind CSS.
- Proficient in TypeScript and familiar with component-based architectures.
- Experience in client-facing roles and collaboration with creative teams.
- Demonstrated ownership and proactive communication skills.
- Strong eye for design and detail.
- Ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
- Comfortable using AI IDEs as primary coding tools.
