Base Salary

$46k - $93k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve application issues with team members.
  • Identify defects, discrepancies, and trends through code debugging and log analysis.
  • Manage incidents and communicate effectively with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze recurring failures and issues, improve application stability and performance, and recommend permanent fixes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of application support experience with demonstrable ITSM process experience.
  • Proficiency in Java.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems, Unix commands, and shell scripting.
  • Strong SQL experience, including complex queries and PL/SQL.
  • Ability to understand, debug, and optimize code.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause detection and solution implementation.
