Base Salary
$145k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with AI labs and cross-functional stakeholders to understand technical challenges, translate requirements into engineering plans, and align teams.
- Build and iterate on tailored, production-grade solutions for complex customer needs, often with guidance from senior engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to forward-deployed engineering best practices.
- Contribute to architecture discussions on reliability, scalability, and security and help implement repeatable deployment patterns.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on tools based on real-time feedback while balancing delivery speed and maintainability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and frameworks that help the team scale deployments efficiently.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally including customer-facing, solutions-oriented, or forward-deployed work.
- Strong proficiency with ReactJS and TypeScript, including attention to code quality, usability, and accessibility.
- Understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, data modeling, and system design fundamentals.
- Some experience with AWS or GCP, deployment pipelines, and production operations.
- Ability to contribute to technical projects in ambiguous environments with shifting requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience includes architecting or delivering LLM or other AI-powered systems, contributing to component libraries or design systems, optimizing full-stack application performance, or working in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles.
