Base Salary

$143k - $297k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, design, customize, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
  • Define solution architecture and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Manage delivery of technology solutions, including quality, risk management, governance, and continuous process improvement.
  • Support requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout across client project life cycles.
  • Collaborate with EY teams, client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances.
  • Develop methodologies, tools, approaches, thought leadership, and accelerators for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management market.
  • Lead and manage teams while building client trust, identifying additional service opportunities, and communicating with impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience in solution architecture and/or ERP software solutions.
  • At least five years of project experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • At least three full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience in application and tool analysis, cloud computing architecture, and cybersecurity and privacy architecture.
  • Strong capabilities in data architecture design and modeling, with familiarity with design methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, IT standards and governance, and platform architecture.
  • Expertise in solution architecture design, technical feasibility analysis, technology business requirements mapping, and technology cost-benefit analysis.
  • Strong relationship-building, client trust, commercial astuteness, complex problem-solving, critical thinking, digital fluency, communication, leadership, change management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include a degree emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics; a related master’s degree; Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as MB-330; experience leading and managing teams; and client-facing experience.
